The Speaker waived the Judiciary Committee referral for the following

"An Act relating to radiological equipment used in the practice of            
dentistry."                                                                    
                                                                               
CSSB 160(L&C) was removed from the Judiciary Committee and                     
referred to the Finance Committee.
